How we work
You send a short note or call. A real person replies with a flat-rate price based on your home's size, bathrooms and any add-ons, and a day that suits you. A card on file holds the appointment and is charged only after the cleaning.
Your cleaner arrives on time with eco-friendly supplies and works through the Simply Standard checklist room by room: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, with deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers and post-construction cleaning available when you need more.
On recurring schedules you see the same cleaner whenever possible and save 15% weekly, 10% biweekly, 7% every three weeks or 4% monthly. Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice. If anything is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean it at no charge.
